Disk Plough Spares

DISC HOLDER / SPINDLE :
Disc Holder / Spindle is used to connect the plough disc to the hub and is mounted on the hub through heavy duty Taper Roller Bearings. The spindle made of M. S. or any other grade of high carbon steel is forged through close-die forging process and then machined to the required size of bearing seats.

HUB AND CAP :
Hub is used to connect the spindle to the main frame. It is made of Cast Iron and then machined to the required Bearing Seat Size. The bearings are duly sealed against dirt entry by means of a Cap and Felt packing.

WHEEL :
The wheel connects the furrow wheel Coulter to the wheel axle. It is made of Cast Iron and duly machined to the required bearing seat size. The bearings are duly sealed against dirt entry by means of a Cap and Felt packing.

CAP :
It is a compression spring that is used to provide flexible loading to the furrow wheel for protection against obstacles. It is made of special quality wire rod and duly heat treated for stress relieving after coiling.

SPRING :
It is a compression spring that is used to provide flexible loading to the furrow wheel for protection against obstacles. It is made of special quality wire rod and duly heat treated for stress relieving after coiling.

RAIL :
It is welded to the main frame and the Hub is bolted on to it. It is forged by close-die forging and the material may be M. S. or any other grade of high carbon steel.

WHEEL BRACKET :
The wheel axle connects to the main frame through the Wheel Bracket Assembly. It is a C. I. Component duly machined to the required size.

WHEEL AXLE :
It connects the wheel to the wheel bracket through heavy duty taper roller bearings. It is forged by close-die forging and the material may be En - 42 or any other grade of high carbon steel.

SPRING CAP :
It is a C. I. Component attached to each end of the spring.
