The
frame is a steel fabricated structure
made of tubular cross section.

The
cross shaft can be reversed end
for end. This special feature
allows for weight to be transferred
either to the tractor wheels for
better grip or to the discs for
better penetration. Cross shaft
is fitted either with Cat I or
Cat II pins according to tractor
requirements.

Plain
or Cutway Disc Blades of heat
Treated Carbon Steel have a toughened
cutting edge to resist wear and
a ductile center to absorb shock.
Typical disc diameter is 660mm
of thickness 6mm.

Heavy
duty Taper Roller Bearings duly
sealed against dust are fitted
to disc blades/ furrow wheel through
disc holder/ wheel axle to lighten
draught and to lengthen life.

The
Disc Holder fits into a Disc hub
made of Graded Iron casting and
has provision for varying the
Tilt angle of disc blades for
controlling Disc penetration.

Heavy
duty adjustable Mud scrappers
are provided to keep the Disc
Blades free of mud and other trash
accumulation.

High
under frame clearance and unit
to unit clearance takes care of
most trashy conditions.

Coulter
type spring loaded furrow wheel
is provided to control side draft
and also to adjust the depth of
penetration.

Disc
Ploughs are available in 2, 3
or 4 bottom versions.

Standard
Working width is 660mm for 2 bottom
version.
