Mounted Disc Ridgers are designed
to fit all Tractors with 3 point linkage
on Cat I and Cat II series. Disc Ridgers
cut soil in two opposite directions
thereby forming bunds which are mainly
used either for sowing crops or water
management.

The
frame is a steel fabricated structure
made of tubular cross section.

Ridger
is fitted either with Cat I or
Cat II pins according to tractor
requirements.

Plain
or Cutway Disc Blades of heat
Treated Carbon Steel have a toughened
cutting edge to resist wear and
a ductile center to absorb shock.
Typical disc diameter is 660mm
of thickness 6mm.

Heavy
duty Taper Roller Bearings duly
sealed against dust are fitted
to disc blades through disc holder
to lighten draught and to lengthen
life.

The
Disc Holder fits into a Disc hub
made of Graded Iron casting and
has provision for varying the
Tilt angle of disc blades for
controlling Disc penetration.

Disc
Ridgers are available in 2, or
4 bottom versions.

The
ridge height, width and distance
between ridges (applicable for
4 Disc Ridger) is adjustable as
per requirements.
