Mounted
Spring Loaded Tyne Cultivators are
designed to fit all tractors with
3 point linkage in the Cat I and II
series. These are used mainly for
secondary tillage with extension Spring
mechanism for over coming obstacles
in the path of tillage.
Technical specs :

Frame
construction may either be MS
Channel or MS Angle or welded
Angle Box Tubular structure.

The
Tynes may are made of En 42 Carbon
Steel duty heat treated and may
either be press formed or close
die forged.

Springs
are made of High Tensile Special
steel wire rod (commonly used
size is 9.2 mm diameter) which
are heated treated after coiling
for Stress relieving.

Reversible
Showel points are made of Spring
Steel duly heat treated for increasing
wear resistance and ability to
withstand impact loading.

Pipe
Support may be provided if required
to increase the rigidity of the
frame structure.

These
are available in 7, 9, 11 and
13 Tynes and accordingly the working
width varies from 1370 mm to 2740
mm.
